Angelica Bella began her career in the adult film industry under the pseudonym Gabriella Dari. She worked with various German producers in the early 1990s.

Bella has only appeared in a handful of hardcore videos in the United States. She first turned up in two American adult films in 1992: The Anal-Europe Series 1 and 2. In Anal-Europe 1, Angelica Bella performed in a scene with Tom Byron and Joey Silvera. Nils Molitor had decided to direct two films using sets provided at low cost by Majfilm, the Hungarian national film corporation. He asked a local casting agency to find either a blond or a brunette to use in the movies and was presented with a dozen girls to choose from. One of them was a 18 year-old Hungarian girl named Gabriella. Nils was immediately taken by her, describing her as a cross between Brooke Shields and Jane Seymour, and chose her as the main actress in both films. Adopting the pseudonym Katy Kay, Gabriella was given star billing in her first porn film 'Le Tireur Est En Prison', which she soon followed with 'Esclave Du Sexe Ottomane'.

'Le Tireur Est En Prison' is the same title as Spritzende Colts.
